Once you get your coffee and mountain made pastries, and foods at the Bear Claw Bakery, Go out into the town and nest to the towns post office, is Alpine Village Realty and see an agents there. Once you have your real-estate person drooling to the thought of buying 20 houses, (LOL), then tell them the truth , that you where here for the weekend, and lets go house hunting the next day or in the futures, but for now you need a PMC club house pass for each person in your party. Make sure to take their business card and maybe a few colorful house listings

Once you have that pass, it gets you into the Club House in comfort, then into the large brand new swimming pool, play tennis to Golf or driving range, (don’t aim at the bears) or hike the trails, and even book ahead, and get a few horses for the local trails, and or get a guild to take you deep into the mountains, or horses/tint-camping for a few days.
